Born in the early 2000s (yes, I know what you’re thinking), I had the privilege of experiencing what it felt like to be in front of a camera as a child, and I’m not talking about a cellphone. My mother was a young, inspired soul living in the moment, and she captured hundreds of images, many of which I still have as prints. Photography is such a wonderful gift, one we sometimes take for granted. It freezes a moment in life we’ll never get to relive and that’s what makes it truly priceless.
